Hi, I'm Olena Weber
You might know me as an RCIC and the owner of Weber Immigration. I'm also a business coach and educator for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants looking to grow their businesses while maintaining a work-life balance.
This is my Story
It all began in 2016 when I obtained my RCIC license and opened my first office. I had limited starting capital (just about $2000) and a two-year-old son who required a lot of my time.
I started by offering free consultations and worked hard to convince clients to retain my immigration services. It was a financially tough but super exciting time when I was building my business from the ground up!
Slowly but surely, I was growing my immigration practice. I've developed a killer marketing system, hired staff, and created highly efficient case processing procedures.
Everything seemed to be running great... Except that I was working 60 hours a week and essentially burning myself out.
I was making great money and was at the top of the immigration industry, but what I was missing was freedom.
I didn't know how to slow down.
Hundreds of cases, endless emails, consultations, day-to-day business management, bookkeeping, accounting, the list goes on.
By 2021, as a result of my burnout, my life was falling apart: health problems, family issues, relationship struggles.
I felt trapped by my own success...
What I realized is that it doesn't have to be that way!
I have to incorporate life and freedom into my business from day one and build my business systems and processes around them.
When you have mental and physical margin and rest, you show up as your highest and best self for your clients and can do the high level work that truly drives your business to scale
Today, I work less than 30 hours a week, I don't work on Fridays or the weekends, take 2 months' worth of vacations every year, and I earn a multiple 6-figure income.
It's been a crazy journey, but I've achieved true work-life-income balance.
Now, I want to share my knowledge with my fellow RCIC colleagues, providing you with a shortcut to success.
